My Story

Hi, I’m Tori Lynn Crowther, and I’m so glad you’re here. My journey into wellbeing and personal growth started out of necessity. As a mum, a business owner, and someone who has faced more than a few life challenges, I know how overwhelming life can get. But it’s through those experiences that I discovered the transformative power of mindfulness, self-care, and a positive mindset.

For over 15 years, I’ve been on this journey of self-discovery, learning to balance the chaos of life while nurturing my own wellbeing. From the moment I became pregnant with my first child and started creating content around wellbeing, I found a passion for helping others embrace the small but powerful practices that can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

As someone with ADHD, and having grown up with epilepsy, I’ve had to navigate unique challenges in my life, but they’ve also shaped my resilience. I’ve been a psychology student, a riding instructor, a teacher, a foster carer, and now, I run a wellbeing-focused YouTube channel, sharing guided meditations, affirmations, and practical tools to help others find their inner calm.

I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself when life is pulling you in every direction, but I believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered, supported, and at peace. That’s why I’ve created this space—for people just like you who are looking for simple, accessible ways to take control of their wellbeing and mindset.
