WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship orders with both Royal Mail and DPD.
Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.10.
Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50), British Islands and Northern Ireland will incur extra charges, calculated at checkout.
Orders over £29 qualify for FREE delivery. This does not apply to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland.
FREE Shipping Discount codes are not applicable to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland Post Codes.
Next Day Delivery is available at a cost of £4.99. This is exempt from the £29 FREE delivery threshold and does not apply to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland.
Raw food orders are only dispatched Monday-Thursday via 24 hour couriers, in insulated boxes. They may arrive slightly chilled rather than frozen, but are perfectly safe to go back into the freezer on arrival. Orders on Wednesday and Thursdays may occasionally need to be dispatched the following Monday. All orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

EUROPEAN SHIPMENTS
We can now ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain. Delivery is charged per parcel, with 15kg being max weight per parcel. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We aim to dispatch orders same day or the following working day, and at the time of dispatch and e-mail will be sent to your registered address notifying you that it has left us.
On our standard delivery service you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived in 5 working days. If you choose next day delivery providing you have placed the order before the 1pm cut off time your order should arrive with you the following working day. If this is not the case please contact us as soon as possible.
We can ship orders to most countries, please contact us by e-mailing supplies@tlcdogwalking.co.uk so we can provide you with a delivery quote.
