Group Dog Walks
Walking dogs since 2007
Our full 60 minute walk group walk, not a minute less, is our most popular, but we also offer a 120 minute group walk for those that need that bit more. Many dog walkers are now cutting down to 45 minutes to keep the prices down, but we know that this is not enough for most dogs, so we have kept our walks to a full hour or more of fun.
ââ
With so many beautiful places to go to take the dogs, we are all spoilt for choice. Most range from short riverside walks to long, relaxing, peaceful walks on the moors. Most walks are free from roads with heavy traffic and full of places to run and play.
â
Our service is designed for clients who are unable to take their dog out and give them what they need. We are here to take the pressure away so you're able to get on with your day knowing that your dog has been exercised, had fun, played with friends and then is left at home without the stress of being left in a kennel for the day.
â
We are transparent in what we will do. We are the best and therefore very busy. On our busy days, it is hard to get round all the dogs in the lunch time rush, so we offer a discounted 60 minute walk for those who are happy to have their walks earlier or later in the day. This is how many other individual dog walkers will end up, but you are not aware of this when they first take you on and are not so busy. Then as custom picks up, they can not fit everyone in the premium slot, so some get bumped to either side, but this is not generally mentioned. If you pay for our lunchtime slot, you get our lunchtime slot!
How does it work?
We will arrange a complimentary visit to you at your home at a time to suit yourself (often in the early evenings). We will meet you and your dogs and get fully acquainted, answer all your questions and obtain a key.
All of our team of dog walkers are fully insured and registered. Our insurance company is LRMS Insurance Services Limited, trading as: Pet Business Insurance. Each team member is insured to walk up to six dogs at a time (maximum) and all certificates and references can be viewed but generally walks are maximum of 4 dogs per walker, however, we do have puppy parties, where 2 or 3 dog walkers go out together so the dogs can socialise and have fun the way they love, for dogs it often is the more the merrier.
Most insurance companies only insure up to a maximum of six dogs at any one time per dog walker so dog walkers that walk more than six dogs at a time might not be insured. However, we generally prefer to do groups of up to four dogs. We are insured for six dogs per dog walker to ensure we can cover other team members in emergencies, enabling us to walk all our dogs whatever happens.
â
For the slightly more nervous dog that may not fit straight in to a group of dogs, we do offer a smaller group of selected dogs, please see the smaller group prices. These are for the dogs that want to socialise, but not everyone is suitable for them.
â
We can walk up to 4 dogs from the same house on a walk for a discounted price. Please see Prices for information.
â
Not all dogs are suitable for group dog walks. Please see here for what is a suitable dog.
